Drypoint is a traditional printmaking technique in which an image is incised directly onto a copper plate using a sharp etching needle. The process creates rich, expressive lines that capture the spontaneity and character of a hand-drawn work. Once inked, the plate can be printed multiple times, enabling the artist to produce a limited edition of original prints.
